You need

Abbreviations, US terms

Flower

1. [1sc, ch1 in the ring]x6, finish with 1 ss in 1st sc
   Cut yarn weave in ends.
   
2. With color 2(3), attach yarn with a sc in any sc and work (dc2tog, ch2, 1ss in 2nd ch from hook, dc2tog) in the same sc, [(1sc, dc2tog, ch2, 1ss in 2nd ch from hook, dc2tog) in next sc]x4, finish with 1 ss in 1st sc. = 5 petals
   Cut yarn and weave in ends.
   
   
   When you weave in the ends make sure you don't cover up the back loop of the chains on the first round, as you'll be crocheting trough these later.
   

Special Stitches

Leaf from right side, LRS

Leaf from wrong side, LWR

Turn, and work from the wrong side, 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 2 dc in next ch, turn and work 1 ss in next ch from the right side. The last ss might be a bit tricky the first time, but you'll get the hang of it.

Attach flower.

Turn the vine and work from the wrong side of the vine and the flower. Remove hook, and insert hook trough the back loop, from right to left, of a ch from the first round, pick up the loop and pull trough, ch2, remove hook skip 1 ch and insert hook, from right to left trough the back loop of the next ch from the first round, pick up the loop and pull trough, turn. Switch between skipping 1 ch on the left side and the right side every second time.

With colour 4, Ch4, LRS,ch4, LWS, ch14, LRS, ch14, LWR, ch14, LRS, ch24, [LWS, ch8, attach flower, ch8, LRS, ch8, attach flower, ch8]x4, LWS, ch24, LRS, ch14, LWS, ch14, LRS, ch14, LWS, ch14, LRS, ch4, LWS. Cut yarn and weave in ends.
